With 16 years of experience as an economist and a passion for creating conscious, responsible growth, she guides clients to navigate complex markets, identify opportunities, and design solutions that balance financial, social, and environmental value. As a sustainability and regeneration advocate, she focuses on restoring and improving systems rather than just maintaining them, helping clients and communities thrive today while safeguarding the future.
Additionally, she is a realtor in the State of Florida, connecting clients with properties that match their lifestyle, investment goals, and values.

Arturo Morales is an international legal executive with over 35 years of leadership experience overseeing compliance, legal, and risk management functions across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments in Latin America, the UK, Dubai, and the United States. He has a proven track record as Chief Counsel, General Counsel, and Compliance Officer in multinational business and financial groups, designing and implementing local and international contracts, as well as enterprise-wide regulatory, corporate governance, AML, and economic sanctions frameworks that enhance operational resilience and organizational integrity. Arturo is recognized for building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams, managing strategic international deals, and guiding cross-border startups and established corporations through expansion, transformation, and regulatory change, with a strong focus on ethics, transparency, and sustainable growth.

A dedicated academic, she also serves as an Assistant Professor and Researcher at Universidad de La Salle while pursuing a doctorate in Environmental Studies at Universidad Nacional de Colombia.

Architect with over 20 years of experience in architectural design, sustainable development, and planning engineering, with a strong focus on bioclimatic and landscape design. Mauricio Cabas leads projects guided by my philosophy of Architecture for the Senses—a human-centered approach that creates spaces designed to evoke emotion, foster well-being, and connect people with nature and meaning. As a researcher, author, and professor, I’ve published 5 books and over 10 academic articles. I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams and delivered large-scale residential, public, and institutional projects, totaling more than 5,000,000 ft² designed and 1,775,000 ft² built. My work integrates advanced construction techniques and sustainable strategies to improve quality of life and promote environmental responsibility.
Rafael Antonio Díaz Sabogal
Rafael has over 10 years of experience in comprehensive and sustainable management. Specialized in designing, implementing, and evaluating socio-environmental programs. as well as in the analysis of materiality and indicators for strategic decision-making in the E.S.G. domain. He has expertise in preparing sustainability reports according to GRI standards.
Master’s degree in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management.
