Cynthia Bressan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tikkun Economic Consulting. An economist who graduated with honors, she possesses over 16 years of experience advising organizations, government agencies, corporations, and investors on economic strategy, sustainable development, resilience, and long-term value creation.

Recognized for her analytical and multidisciplinary approach, Cynthia specializes in economic analysis, strategic planning, market intelligence, sustainability, and community development. She collaborates with clients to evaluate opportunities, mitigate risks, and develop data-driven solutions that strengthen organizational performance while generating measurable economic, social, and environmental results.

As a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida, Cynthia also brings a valuable perspective on real estate markets, investment trends, housing sector dynamics, and regional development. This expertise enhances her ability to advise clients on growth strategies, economic development initiatives, and long-term investment decisions.

Arturo Morales is an international legal executive with over 35 years of leadership experience overseeing compliance, legal, and risk management functions across complex, multi-jurisdictional environments in Latin America, the UK, Dubai, and the United States. He has a proven track record as Chief Counsel, General Counsel, and Compliance Officer in multinational business and financial groups, designing and implementing local and international contracts, as well as enterprise-wide regulatory, corporate governance, AML, and economic sanctions frameworks that enhance operational resilience and organizational integrity. Arturo is recognized for building and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams, managing strategic international deals, and guiding cross-border startups and established corporations through expansion, transformation, and regulatory change, with a strong focus on ethics, transparency, and sustainable growth.

Dynamic and results-oriented leader with extensive experience in strategic planning within the fields of bioeconomy and territorial sustainability. Currently, she collaborates with international embassies to foster cooperation in bioeconomy initiatives. A dedicated academic, she also serves as an Assistant Professor and Researcher at Universidad de La Salle while pursuing a doctorate in Environmental Studies at Universidad Nacional de Colombia.

Diego Hernández

A Systems Engineer with over 8 years of experience transforming business needs into scalable digital solutions. Specialized in JavaScript ecosystems, including Node.js, Angular, and React, he has a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into high-impact user experiences. An expert in agile methodologies, he ensures that project delivery aligns closely with the financial and operational objectives of key stakeholders.

Margaret Gachau

Margaret Gachau is an Economist and Data Analyst with five years of experience conducting research, analyzing various types of datasets, and translating evidence into actionable insights that support economic development and sustainability goals. Her work focuses on the intersection of economics, sustainable development, and data-driven decision-making, with a
particular interest in how policy, technology, and resource allocation can foster inclusive and resilient growth.
Margaret has produced analytical reports, policy briefs, and data visualizations on
macroeconomic, labor market, healthcare, and sustainability trends, helping stakeholders make informed strategic and policy decisions. She holds an MSc in Applied AI and Business Analytics from Quinnipiac University, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA and was selected as the School of Business Class of 2026 Commencement Speaker. She is also a 2025 National Association of Business Economics (NABE) Scholar.

Mauricio Cabas

Architect with over 20 years of experience in architectural design, sustainable development, and planning engineering, with a strong focus on bioclimatic and landscape design. Mauricio Cabas leads projects guided by my philosophy of Architecture for the Senses—a human-centered approach that creates spaces designed to evoke emotion, foster well-being, and connect people with nature and meaning. As a researcher, author, and professor, I’ve published 5 books and over 10 academic articles. I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams and delivered large-scale residential, public, and institutional projects, totaling more than 5,000,000 ft² designed and 1,775,000 ft² built. My work integrates advanced construction techniques and sustainable strategies to improve quality of life and promote environmental responsibility.

Rafael Antonio Díaz Sabogal

Rafael has over 10 years of experience in comprehensive and sustainable management. Specialized in designing, implementing, and evaluating socio-environmental programs. as well as in the analysis of materiality and indicators for strategic decision-making in the E.S.G. domain. He has expertise in preparing sustainability reports according to GRI standards.

Master’s degree in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management.
